CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Should a student be terminated or cancel for any reason, all refunds will be made according to the following schedule:
1. Cancellation must be made in person or by certified mail.
2. All monies will be refunded if the applicant is not accepted by the school or if the student cancels within three (3) business days after signing the enrollment agreement and making initial payment.
3. Cancellation after the third (3rd) business day, but not before the first class, will result in a refund of all monies paid, with the exception of the registration fee.
4. Cancellation after attendance has begun, but prior to 40% of class hours held, will result in a pro-rata refund computed on the number of class hours held to the total amount of program hours.
5. Cancellation after 40% of the class schedule time for the program will result in no refund.
6. The termination date for refund computation purposes is the last date of actual attendance by the student unless earlier written notice is received.
7. Refunds will be made within 30 days of termination or receipt of cancellation notice.

TERMINATION

Any student can be terminated at the discretion of the director for failure to comply with the rules and regulation of the school or delinquency of program payments. The termination date is the last date of actual attendance by the student unless earlier written notice is received.

The above reflects all fees for the entire program. This agreement constitutes a binding contract upon acceptance.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Twenty Dollars ($20.00) is due at the time of signing the Enrollment Agreement, and an Eight Hundred Dollar ($800.00) deposit is required to guarantee a seat for the future start date of the program. The balance of Two Thousand, One Hundred Thirty Two Dollars And Ninety Five Cents ($2,132.95) is required 30 days prior to the class start

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE CONTRACT THOROUGHLY BEFORE SIGNING. YOU ARE ENTITLED TO AN EXACT COPY OF THIS ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT SIGNED. ANY CLAUSE IN THIS AGREEMENT THAT IS IN QUESTION SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE SCHOOL'S ADMINISTRATION.
